Supplements can be beneficial but they're not always necessary if you have a balanced diet. We’re advised sometimes to take food supplements because majority of us tend not to eat balanced meals but it’s not a requirement. If you are deficient in certain nutrients, you might be at risk for health issues so it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional .
